{Engagement} Stephanie & Pete

Thursday, June 25th, 2009

I’ve got lots of blogs to posts, so I’m going to do my best to keep them all short and sweet :)

It was a gorgeous day when I met with Stephanie and Pete for their engagement session! I really love being able to do these sessions with our clients- it’s such a great opportunity to get to know each other. We shot in and around the Brecksville Reservation of the Metroparks. It made for a beautiful backdrop.

Thanks again, Pete & Stephanie! I’m really looking forward to your wedding day!!

{Wedding} Kristen & Dennis

Thursday, June 4th, 2009

Kristen and Dennis’ wedding was a beautiful, FUN, all-around great wedding! The ceremony was held at Church of the Lakes, and the reception was at the wonderful Metropolitan Center in downtown Canton.

These two are so sweet and laid back. Not only that, but they’re surrounded by amazing family and friends. It was an honor for us to document two beautiful families joining together to celebrate the marriage of such a great couple! :) Enjoy the photos!!

I started the day with Kristen and the girls. Here’s Kristen checking out the programs and getting some last minute hair touch ups :)

I love this moment! I think every bride experiences this moment at least once, usually when they get into their dress.. that “I’m getting MARRIED!” moment :)

Dennis and Cohen getting their boutonnieres pinned on. Look at those eyes! So cute :)

On to the ceremony:

I love this shot of the Dennis and the groomsmen anxiously awaiting Kristen’s entrance with her father.

One of the best exits ever! So many petals!!

We were able to use the lower level of the Metropolitan Center, the Blue Olive, for some portaits. Very cool, jazz inspired club.

Their entrance set the mood for the whole reception! It was a non-stop party!

The flower girls were warming up the dance floor for everyone else :)

I love this last shot!

Thanks again, Dennis and Kristen!
