{Senior Session} Whitney

Tuesday, July 21st, 2009

I’ve know Whitney for a quite a while, through theShelter Student Ministries, but it wasn’t until recently that I’ve had the opportunity to get to know her better. She has the most magnetic personality- and she’s so great in front of the camera! I’m so glad we were able to get together yesterday for her session!

Love this one!

Absolutely gorgeous!

:)

I love this shot- such a genuine moment :)

Thank you so much, Whitney! I had such a great time with you and your mom- thank you for being such blessings to have as clients!

{Wedding} Lisa & Michael

Tuesday, July 21st, 2009

This summer has been so amazing- we’ve been a part of so many beautiful wedding days! Michael and Lisa had an incredible wedding. The week leading up to the wedding, the forecast was calling for thunderstorms all day. About 10 minutes before we were scheduled to start outdoor photos, the skies opened up and it was gorgeous out the rest of the day! Mike and Lisa are such sweet people, and compliment each other so well. Their family and friends were so amazing to work with- thank you so much for having us, Lisa and Michael!!

Mike and Lisa started their day with a first look, since we shot all of the portraits before the ceremony. Lots of our couples choose to do this, and it really helps the day to flow smoothly!

Before we left the church, we shot a few of just Lisa and Mike around the Chapel.

Back to the church for some touch-ups before the ceremony.

I love catching the grooms expression as his bride is walking down the aisle :)

Lisa’s mother giving her away.

The reception was held right next door to the Chapel in their gorgeous banquet hall. Loved the light flooding in the windows onto their lovely cake :)

Love this series! Lisa is not a frosting person (Must be in the name, because I’m the same way!) and the bite that Mike fed to her was all frosting, thus, the face on the right :) Lisa, you’re too cute!

This photo is pretty much a sumation of the whole day :)

{Senior Session} Stephanie & Michelle

Tuesday, July 14th, 2009

I had the privilege of photographing Stephanie and Michelle’s senior photos today. Stephanie and Michelle are twins, and two of the sweetest high school seniors I’ve ever met!  Enjoy the preview!

{Wedding} Kelly & Nick

Monday, July 13th, 2009

I have to start this post with a big Thank You to our 6/7/08 bride Danielle!!! Danielle is the reason we were able to be a part of Kelly and Nick’s amazing wedding. Both the wedding and reception were held at the gorgeous Catawba Island Club. Chad and I couldn’t get over how gorgeous the area was- we did not feel like we were in Ohio!

The day started with a quick first look, then it was onto some ridiculously gorgeous portraits!

Workin it.

Chad caught this shot of Kelly and her father moments before they walked down the aisle. He wasn’t happy with the way the shadows fell, but I love it!

Married!

I had to include all of these for this post- love the energy!!

Nick’s brother and Kelly’s sister both gave great toasts!

I love their expressions- you just know exactly what they’re both thinking.

First dance!

We went out right at sunset for just a few more shots- seriously, would you ever guess this is Ohio??

I spy… a Chad.

Thanks again, Kelly and Nick!!

{Wedding} Angela & Anthony

Monday, July 13th, 2009

I knew from shooting Anthony and Angela’s engagement session that photographing them on their wedding day was going to be a great time. The whole day took place at the Sheraton Suites in Cuyahoga Falls. From start to finish it was a wonderful day to be a part of. Enjoy the preview!

I met up with Angela and the ladies to start the day.

:)

Tony and the groomsmen getting ready to make their entrance.

Angela was all smiles all day!

We made our way around the Sheraton for some portraits of the newlyweds.

Loved their first dance; so sweet :)

This shot cracks me up everytime! Chad was walking by him on the dance floor, held the camera up, and he just grabbed onto the camera and stared at Chad. Hah, too cute!

Chad’s angle of the gater toss.

Thank you so much, Tony & Angela, for making us feel so welcome, and for allowing us to photograph your special day!
